Redditor invented ‘Paper Civ’ while dreaming of playing Civilization – PCGamesN

In a post to the Civilization subreddit, Alexander-00AK consists of numerous photos of old video games– diligently hand-drawn maps on chart paper revealing the areas of coastlines, mountains, cities, and resources., with specs for how each resource tile near a city was to work, how each unique building works, for system movement and battle, and for settlers and growth. Before I ever had cash for civ, I had to make up my own variation that might be written out and played on paper.
