Twitch bans Trump – PC Gamer

Following an attack on the United States Capitol by far-right supporters of President Trump yesterday, the president’s main Twitch channel has been suspended.

“In light of the other day’s shocking attack on the Capitol, we have disabled President Trump’s Twitch channel,” a Twitch spokesperson said. “Given the existing amazing situations and the President’s incendiary rhetoric, our company believe this is a needed step to protect our neighborhood and prevent Twitch from being used to prompt additional violence.”
