BABYMETAL to celebrate 10th anniversary with 10 shows at Tokyos Budokan Arena – NME

BABYMETAL have announced they will play 10 shows at Tokyo’s Budokan Arena later on this month.

The concerts, which are set to kick off on January 19, will celebrate the pop metal feeling’s 10-year anniversary as a band.

While much of the world has been struck hard by the coronavirus pandemic, which in turn has actually left the live music market in disarray in the majority of nations, Japan’s commendable efforts in managing infection indicates these programs can occur.

6 of BABYMETAL’s 10 shows have been announced so far, beginning with a set of programs on January 19 and 20. The next 4 programs will happen February 16, 17, 19 and 20, with details on the remaining four gigs still to be revealed.

BABYMETAL’s Moametal informed Billboard Japan: “I consider the Budokan reveals as the duration we properly show everything we’ve gotten in our journey over the past 10 years, and our thankfulness to everyone who experienced us along the way.”
