Now Inrupt and its primary technology officer Sir Tim have announced what he calls a major milestone – the release of its technology in the kind of the Solid Server, with a handful of customers currently piloting possible usage cases. These consist of NatWest Bank, the BBC, the government of the Belgian area of Flanders – and the NHS. Sir Tim says Solid is “going to drive groundbreaking new chances that not only restore rely on data but also improve our lives”.
