Nintendo agrees to $2 million settlement in Switch hacking lawsuit – Engadget

In addition to the $2 million payment, the Court ordered an irreversible injunction versus UberChips, suggesting it can no longer sell any circumvention gadgets. UberChips need to also damage all its staying stock and turn over its domain to Nintendo. The settlement is pending approval from a judge.

Another claim that Nintendo filed in a Seattle court versus several confidential offenders likewise offering Team Xecuter products is still pending.
