Switch Owner Claims To Have Taken Nintendo To Court Over Joy-Con Drift, And Won – Nintendo Life

As you might know, the term ‘Joy-Con drift’ refers to an issue where your Joy-Con will register movement even when you aren’t using any pressure to the control stick. Supposedly, a Nintendo agent stated that this would not be possible, and after more discussion claimed that Nintendo didn’t have a legal department to deal with the issue. Ultimately, 16 long months after originally purchasing the console, Crownshots won and received payment from Nintendo.
